Here is what we need: pick what you would prefer to do and what shift is best for you. We’ll be in touch to confirm when and where you should show up.

Set-up (Nothing else can happen if we don’t get set-up)

Friday evening, Oct. 3 - Mark the street & clean up
6:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 4 - General set-up: put up signs, blow up balloons, deliver programs,unload pumpkins, and lots more. Two people are needed at 5:30 a.m. to help with street barricades.
7:00 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 4 - Table delivery: strong people to deliver tables/chairs with rental company

Event Time

Block Captains - We need lots!! Oversee a one-block area. Ensure everything is fine and dandy,everyone is behaving, pass out programs, and trash is emptied.
Festival Store - 2-3 people for different shift, all day to sell t-shirts, posters, etc.
Get Scarecrow area ready and work with children making Scarecrows. (Noon - 2 p.m.)

Event Shift Choices

6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (pre-event)
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
(FYI, we usually are in the greatest need for volunteers from 2:30 – 6:30 p.m.)

5:30 p.m. Tear down chairs, roust vendors, clean up, pat each other on the back.
