GETTING TO THE 2023 ART ON THE AVENUE FESTIVAL:

Parking is extremely limited. We encourage visitors to take public transportation or rideshare.

VIA METRO:
Free trolley transportation is available from both the Potomac Yard Metro Station (metro’s newest station!) and the Braddock Road Metro Station. (metro map)

VIA UBER/LYFT:
Impt: Mount Vernon Ave (and the blocks immediately adjacent) will be closed to traffic from Hume to Bellefonte Avenues.
Good drop-off points are the intersection near Mount Vernon & Bellefonte Avenues:
• 1800 Mt. Vernon Avenue, Alexandria VA
or outside the Mount Vernon Recreation Center:
• 2701 Commonwealth Avenue, Alexandria VA

PARKING:
Parking is extremely limited, and only available on side streets. Visitors must follow all posted City parking restrictions and requirements. Del Ray’s main street is surrounded by residential streets — please ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or intersections, or you will be towed.

Limited handicap parking is available at the Del Ray Artisans lot, located at the intersection of Mt. Vernon & Commonwealth Avenues (enter on Commonwealth Avenue).
